Video Appointment (Zoom) - Child Fit Question

Adjusting your child's car seat to fit them properly is one of the most important things you'll do before taking that first drive. If you have questions about how your child fits in their seat, this is the appointment for you!

Please prepare for your appointment by:
- Reading your car seat manual
- Making any adjustments ahead of time to the best of your ability

Please choose an appointment time that your child will be available during so that we can assess their fit in the seat during your appointment.

Please use the comments section to list the question you'd like our child passenger safety technician to assist you with during your appointment.

Photos and videos of your child's fit can be sent ahead of your appointment by emailing them to cpst@clekinc.com and referencing the name and email address used when booking your appointment.

Appointments will take place via Zoom and an email link will be sent to you within 24 hours of your appointment.

Please prepare for your appointment by:
- Reading your vehicle and car seat manuals
- Adjusting your car seat to fit your child
- Installing your car seat ahead of time to the best of your ability

For Foonf and Fllo appointments, please provide details of whether your seat is installed rear-facing or forward-facing in the comments field.

If you have a specific question about your installation, please note the question in the comments field while booking your appointment.
